This week, our HOA board held an emergency meeting on May 1, 2025—just days before the special meeting scheduled for May 7, 2025—and voted to approve a contract with a new property management company.

Long-term contracts typically do not qualify as emergencies under the Davis-Stirling Act, which is meant to ensure open governance and proper notice to homeowners.

How the board plans to handle our long-standing community employees, some of whom have served us faithfully for years
