One significant change we aim to implement is to streamline the approval process within the Architectural Committee. Our proposal includes:
Streamlined Approval Process
Expedited approval for plans that have already received approval from Ventura County.
Ensuring that all plans comply with the CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions).
Elimination of any associated fees for the approval process.
We believe these changes will encourage more community participation and enhance the overall experience for our residents.
Professional Management
With an HOA management company, there can be fewer risks for your community. They will ensure that community rules and regulations are always compliant with the law and that the community has proper insurance coverage. An HOA manager can also act as a buffer between the board and the homeowners. A management company can also reduce significant liability by hiring employees rather than the HOA directly employing individuals.
