Tim Redfield
As a music industry professional with decades of experience in touring, publishing, producing, and composing, I’ve learned the value of collaboration, creative problem-solving, and delivering results. For seven years, I served as president of an HOA in Santa Monica, where I gained firsthand experience in building an efficient, transparent, and resident-focused board. Now, as a proud Bell Canyon resident, I’m ready to bring that same leadership to our community.
My family and I moved to Bell Canyon three years ago, and it has been a dream come true. From our incredible neighbors to our black lab and our newly planted vineyard, this community is everything for which we hoped. But like so many of you, we’re deeply troubled by the divisive politics, endless lawsuits, and toxic behavior that have plagued our leadership. Enough is enough.
I am running as your CLEAN SLATE candidate because Bell Canyon deserves a fresh start. My priorities are clear:

End the Vendetta-Driven Politics: It’s time to move past personal agendas and focus on what’s best for our community and constant threats of litigation and wasted resources.

Foster a supportive relationship with the BCVWFD—an absolute asset to the Bell Canyon community.

Foster Unity and Collaboration: Together with my running mates, I will bring level-headed leadership, creative solutions, and a commitment to transparency.
The path forward is simple: Bell Canyon United. Let’s come together to restore civility, rebuild trust, and create a community for which we can all be proud. With your support, we can turn the page and write a new chapter for Bell Canyon—one that reflects the values we share and the future we deserve.
