Bell Canyon United is a movement of homeowners dedicated to restoring integrity, transparency, and accountability to our HOA. It’s time for a new chapter for Bell Canyon.

We are your candidates, Steve Rasnick, Andrés Martínez, Yoav Shalev, Tim Redfield, and Sandy Seth. We bring diverse expertise and a shared commitment to safeguarding our community. 

OUR PRIORITIES ARE CLEAR:

-Protect Public Safety: Support our Bell Canyon Volunteer Wildland Fire Department (BCVWFD),  Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), Fire Safe Council (FSC), & BellNet (provide emergency notifications even if power and cell services are disrupted).

-Professional Management: Reduce Board overreach with expert HOA leadership

-Financial Accountability: End wasteful spending and unnecessary assessments

-New Leadership & Transparency: Restore trust, civility, and accountability to the board

-Stronger Community: Revitalize our neighborhood, create new events & secure our own Zip Code

This recall is more than a vote; it’s a call to action to stop the toxicity that has dominated Bell Canyon for years. Join us to preserve Bell Canyon’s legacy, demonstrate accountability, and ensure a family-friendly environment for all.
