Welcome To
BELL CANYON UNITED

Bell Canyon is a picturesque unincorporated community, nestled in the serene Simi Hills of eastern Ventura, California. Established in 1967 through a partnership between Spruce Land Corporation and Boise Cascade, this beautiful area has a rich history that began with the development of the Bell Canyon Equestrian Center, designed by renowned architect Cliff May. The following year saw the successful launch of the Woodland Hills Country Estates subdivision which sold nearly all 800 home site lots within just ten days. Renamed Bell Canyon by its new residents in 1969, the community honors Charles A. Bell the original homesteader and a prominent figure in local history. Bell Canyon offers a peaceful retreat and stands as one of California's wealthiest neighborhoods, inviting you to explore the charm and beauty that makes it a truly unique place to call home.
